The role

As the CCO at Reodor, you will spearhead the commercial strategy and operations of our consulting services. Your key role is to drive Reodor's growth, with the objective of tripling the scale of the business area. Leading a team of strategic advisors, you'll enhance our commercial activities and navigate the company towards our ambitious targets.

While the role requires expertise in the field of innovation in order to earn the client’s trust, it demands more than project involvement; a commitment to leading the commercial dimensions of our operations. As a leader, you will elevate our client relationships and forge new, impactful partnerships. Your responsibilities include streamlining organizational processes, improving customer relations, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, and implementing robust sales strategies. Your ability to recognize potential, nurture opportunities, and drive processes is crucial in creating success stories at Reodor.

Your expertise in consulting, particularly in strategic planning and client management, is grounded in extensive practical experience. You are passionate about working in team-oriented settings and excel in guiding both colleagues and clients to achieve their utmost potential.
