The tasks for this role includes:

  • Ensuring that our innovation projects deliver upon our clients’ strategy and business goals
  • Developing new solutions and business concepts built on sustainable business cases
  • Analysis of market, user needs, sustainability, business potential and profitability
  • Designing great strategies and business models

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for business development and innovation
  • Has learnt the field both academically and through some years of working experience
  • Has the ability to think creatively and unconventionally around business models
  • Is capable of evaluating pros and cons around a business case
  • Has experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and pricing
  • Obviously consider Excel or Python to be one of your favourite tools
  • Enjoy making numerical business cases
  • Is actively learning and testing new methods and approaches from fields such as lean startup, business model innovation, growth hacking, systems thinking and service design

We are looking for someone with experience in dealing with both the administrative and operative parts of working with clients. It is a big bonus if you have experience with starting or running your own business or projects. It is important that you have a self-propelled mindset and don’t make a project out of everything.
